Enhanced Tournament Hosting Services
Tournament hosting services can be provided by request. This includes parking services and enhanced tournament hosting by Torch Volleyball. Torch Volleyball will provide online tournament setup and management, digital scoreboards for each court, tablets for scoring, and live online streaming and recording.
For our enhanced tournament hosting, we utilize our in-house tournament management application. It will manage and run the tournament efficiently by keeping the games on schedule. The teams are entered and pool or bracket play are scheduled online. Tournament status can be viewed by pulling up the tournament link online.
Game referees can use their cell phones or our tablets to keep score. Scores are updated live online and displayed on each court’s digital scoreboard. Scoreboards not only allow everyone to see the score, but also help run the games more efficiently by tracking the service order, side switches, and timeouts.
All games are streamed live and are available on demand afterwards. Remote friends and family can be given access codes for secure viewing. The live stream also has the live score overlay displayed.
